Annual Meeting Agenda and Election Information

It’s election year for the four board positions.    If you are interested in running for any of these positions, please let us know by October 8, 2024.  All those who wish to run are required to be paying members of the community association for the year prior to the meeting.  There is 1 vote per property.

12:10pm:  Treasurers report (Dave)

12:15pm  Property Taxes 101 (Kaja)

12:20pm  Woody Cline, Gila County Supervisor

12:50pm:  Jake Garrett AZ DEQ - septic grants (Intro Susan)

1:10pm:  Brenda Herrick,  Insurance Agent, Shepard Crabdree Insurance- trends of home owners insurance in our area

130pm:  Fire Chief (status of well etc)

1:45pm:  Firebells Update (Linda Lemon)

1:55pm:   Election (1 vote for each Lot, dues paying members)

2pm: Adjourn
