Ponderosa Springs Community Association (PSCA) membership is open to property owners of both Ponderosa Springs and Ponderosa Springs Estates.  It is a voluntary organization; no property owner is required to become a member.  We rely on your membership fees and donations to support this wonderful community.    

 

Membership fees are $25.00 for the calendar year of January through December.  The fees are payable by September 15th to be eligible to vote at our October Annual Meeting. (Of course, everyone is invited to the Annual Meeting; ballots will only be issued to Members who have paid their dues.)  Going forward, membership fees for each calendar year will be due in January of that year.  

 

In addition, if you should wish to send PSCA a donation, we will be delighted to receive it and put it to good use.   (Ponderosa Springs Community Association is a 501(c) (4) organization so donations are not deductible.)
