2024 Annual Meeting Date Set

The date of our annual meeting and lunch is now confirmed for Saturday, October 12th, 2024 to be held at our Fire Station 53 starting at 11 am.

Details for the speakers and meeting agenda are being finalized now and will be distributed when available. There will be a pot luck luncheon as usual so please bring your favorite side dish to contribute to the lunch buffet table.

As usual, your annual dues may be paid at the meeting. Our dues remain at $25 per lot owner, and are voluntary. We will be discussing plans to use the dues for good works for the coming year at the meeting.

Dues may be paid in cash or check at the meeting. Please make your check out to: Ponderosa Springs Community Association.
